Long Cottage is an 18th-century cottage that has been altered in the 20th century. It is timber framed and plastered, with a thatched roof. The building consists of two bays aligned north to south and faces west, featuring an axial chimney stack and rear extensions. It is a single-storey structure with attics. The front has a plain boarded door and two 20th-century casement windows, along with two additional casement windows located in swept dormers.
