Description

This is an 18th-century barn located approximately 50 metres east of Little Priory Farmhouse. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, with a roof made of corrugated asbestos. The barn has three bays aligned northeast to southwest, featuring a midstrey on the southeast side. There are lean-to extensions on both sides of the midstrey, which are roofed with red clay pantiles. At the southwest end, there is an extension consisting of two bays, which has a half-hipped roof. The structure includes primary straight bracing, straight braces to the tiebeams, and a clasped purlin roof.
