Description
Hedingham House is a house that dates from the 16th century or earlier, with later alterations and additions. It features a timber frame and is panel pargetted, topped with a red tiled roof. The building has a red brick chimney stack that is off centre. It is designed in an L-shape with a gabled crosswing to the right, which is partially jettied and supported by two exposed brackets, creating a porch area, while the rest is underbuilt. The house is two storeys high and has a symmetrical arrangement of windows, with a total of two on each floor. The windows are vertically sliding sashes with horns, most of which have moulded surrounds; the ground floor right window consists of three lights. The entrance door features a double row of three vertical panels.
