Description

The Vicarage Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century or possibly earlier, with alterations made in the 20th century. It is timber-framed and has plaster walls with a thatched roof. The building originally had three bays facing west, with a central stack creating a lobby-entrance. A 20th-century external stack is located on the right side. A single-storey extension has been added to the rear. The cottage is primarily one storey high, with attics above. There are two windows on the front, with 20th-century casements; the upper windows are set in eyebrow dormers. A 20th-century door is set within a 20th-century catslide thatched porch.
