Description

This is a 17th-century cottage with an 18th-century addition to the right. It was likely originally timber-framed and is now rendered with a thatched roof of long straw. A small ridge stack has been rebuilt on an older base. The original plan likely comprised three rooms and a possible lobby entry, though the entry is now located in the 19th-century addition. The cottage is one storey high with an attic, and features two dormers. There are three 20th-century windows. The addition is possibly brick, roughly rendered, and has a steeply pitched pantiled roof.
