Description

The bridge over the River Cam, also known as the River Granta, dates from the 18th century and early 19th century. It is constructed of dressed limestone and gault brick. The bridge features a span of three segmental arches made of dressed limestone, with two cutwaters that were rebuilt in early 19th century brick. The parapet consists of cast iron piers and railings set on a low brick wall.
