Description

Kings Mill House is a house built around 1825. It is constructed of gault brick and features a hipped slate roof with boarded eaves and internal stacks. The layout is a double pile with a double fronted elevation, standing two storeys high. The symmetrical front has five recessed hung sashes, each with twelve panes, set in gauged brick and topped with cambered arches. There are semi-circular headed arches above four recessed bays, each containing a similar hung sash at the ground floor. The central doorway has double doors that are half glazed and is sheltered by a flat roof porch supported by fluted columns.
