Description

This is an early 17th-century barn, significantly altered in the 19th century. The barn is timber-framed and has 19th and 20th-century weatherboarding cladding, set on a red brick plinth. It is topped with a corrugated iron roof. The barn originally comprised three bays, and a section of the original porch opening remains on the west side. Internally, the timber framing is visible in the gable end walls, and there is arch bracing connecting posts to tie beams. The roof is from the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is listed for group value.
