Description

Brook End Cottage is a late 17th-century cottage located in Steeple Morden. It is timber-framed and originally plastered, with a thatched half-hipped roof. A red brick ridge stack is present. The cottage has a thatched gable outshut to the left of the entrance and a single-storey slated weather-boarded gable extension to the right. It has four ground-floor windows and three first-floor windows of varying sizes, including a small first-floor casement window with leaded lights.
