Description
No. 10 Cambridge Road is a house dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of gault brick and features a hipped slate roof with side stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays. Notable architectural details include a wooden eaves cornice with modillions and three twelve-paned, recessed, hung sash windows on the first floor, each with pelmets. The ground floor has two similar windows. The entrance is highlighted by a reeded doorcase with corner bosses, a four-panelled door, and a rectangular fanlight that has patterned glazing bars.
