Description

The Cottage is a cottage that dates from the late 17th century and was extended in the 18th to 19th centuries. It has a timber frame with plaster rendering and features a long straw thatch roof, along with a red brick axial ridge stack. There is also a single flue and a 19th-century ridge stack made of grey brick. The building has a single range and a lobby entry plan, likely extended by one bay to the south. It is one storey high with an attic and includes two dormers. The cottage has three modern three-light lattice windows.
