Description
Westfield is a farmhouse built around 1840. It is constructed of white brick and features a low-pitched slate roof, with boarded eaves and octagonal chimney stacks. The building has a double pile plan and includes a steeply recessed wing on the right side, which is likely from the same period. The farmhouse is double fronted and has two storeys. It has a range of three recessed hung sash windows, each with twelve panes, and these are now fitted with late 19th-century louvred shutters. The central doorway is set in a round-headed arch and has a panelled door. The wing is also made of white brick and has a low-pitched slate roof, with two storeys that each contain a single hung sash window with twelve panes.
