Description

The Old Bakery is a house located on St Peter's Street in Duxford. It dates from the late 17th century, with alterations made in the late 18th century or early 19th century. The building is timber-framed and plastered, with a refronted exterior in painted brick. It features a plain tiled roof and a central gault brick ridge stack on the main range. The structure has two storeys, with a lower range on the left side. The main entrance has been blocked. The front has two large horizontal sliding sash windows and one sixteen-paned hung sash window on the ground floor, along with three nine-paned hung sash windows on the first floor.
