Description

Two barns located to the north-east of numbers 16 and 18 on St Peter's Street are historically significant structures that were once part of Caius Farm. The first barn dates from the late 17th century, while the second barn, which is attached and runs parallel to the street, was built in the 19th century. Together, they form an L-plan layout. The barns are constructed with a timber frame, featuring weatherboarding and plaster, and they have corrugated iron roofs. There are entrances that lead onto what was once a yard.
