Description

Laurel Cottages is a row of three cottages dating from the early 19th century, located on the south side of High Street, Balsham. The cottages are built of brick, now painted, and have a steeply pitched tiled roof with two ridge stacks and an external end stack. The design is a single range with an outshut to the rear. The cottages have two storeys, with six modern casement windows at the first floor level. At ground floor level are four early 19th-century casement openings and three doorways, each set within a segmental arch. The cottages are listed for their group value.
