Description

The Lodge is a house built around 1840, located on the northeast side of West Wratting High Street. It features red brick construction and an original slate roof, complete with a ridge stack and end stacks. The building is designed in an L-plan and stands two storeys tall. It has four recessed hung sash windows set within gauged brick arches, although there are also modern replacement hung sashes. The entrance is off centre and includes a wooden doorcase with slender pilasters. Additionally, there are four bow windows on either side, each with tripartite hung sashes and tented roofs.
