Description

Rose Cottage is a late 17th-century cottage located on the east side of Caxton End in Bourn. It features a timber-framed structure that is plastered, with a plastered plinth. The cottage has a thatched roof and a plastered ridge stack. It is one storey high with an attic and has a three-unit plan. The entrance consists of a boarded door situated to the right of the center, and there are three horizontal sliding sash windows, including two that have three lights. Additionally, there are two gabled dormer windows.
