Home Side Homeleigh consists of two cottages that were originally one farmhouse. It dates from the late 17th century, with later alterations made in the 19th century and beyond. The building is timber-framed and plastered, topped with a plain tiled roof from the 20th century. It features a ridge stack on the right side and a large external gable end stack on the left side, which includes offsets for a baking oven.
