Description

Sunnyside, located on the northeast side of West Wratting High Street, is a house that was formerly a public house. It dates back to the early 19th century and features a timber frame that is plastered, with modern pargetting, and a hipped, tiled roof. There is a red brick stack situated between the front section and the kitchen wing. Originally designed in an L-shape, the house has been expanded with office and outhouse additions to the north and west sides. The building stands two storeys tall, with each storey featuring two modern casement windows. The central doorway is topped with a 19th-century hood supported by cut brackets. This property is included for its group value.
