Description

This milestone, dating from around 1763, is located half a mile south of the Green End junction and Goose Hall. It is made of limestone and has a tapering shape. The stone is painted white, with a black inscription that has partly worn away, reading 'LVII London, X Ely, VI Cambridge' on different faces.
