Description

This water pump, located on Mortimers Lane in Foxton, was built in 1873 and is made of cast iron. It features a ring shafted column with a thickened fluted head and a domed top topped with a finial. The pump has an enriched spout and was manufactured by Henry Bamford and Sons of Uttoxeter. The construction was funded by Canon Selwyn.
