TL 44 SE ICKLETON GRANGE ROAD (South side) 6/234 Vallance Cottage GV II Cottage. Early C19. Flint with red brick dressings; plain tiled roof, central ridge stack. Two storeys. Four-panelled door with moulded wooden architrave. Two ground floor and two first floor horizontal sliding sash windows three with small panes in segmental brick arches.
