Description

Vallance Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located on the south side of Ickleton Grange Road. It is constructed from flint with red brick dressings and features a plain tiled roof with a central ridge stack. The cottage is two storeys high and has a four-panelled door framed by a moulded wooden architrave. There are two horizontal sliding sash windows on the ground floor and two on the first floor, three of which have small panes set within segmental brick arches.
