Description

A barn dating from the 19th century is located to the north east of Mowbray’s Farmyard. The barn is timber-framed and has been weatherboarded, with a corrugated iron roof replacing the original thatch. It features three timber-framed aisled bays and a half-hipped side purlin roof. There is a double entrance in the gable end facing east, as well as a side door. The building is included on the list because of its contribution to the wider group value of the farm complex.
