Description
Chadleigh House is an early 19th century building located on Cambridge Street in Godmanchester. The house has two storeys and features three windows, constructed from white brick with a tiled roof. The windows, which have intact glazing bars, are set within round-headed arcading that extends through both storeys, with pilasters on either side of each window bay. There is a central pediment above the main façade, and a gabled projection of lesser height below it, also flanked by pilasters and containing one window. The building has a parapet, a hipped tiled roof, and brick stacks with corbelled caps. The other sides of the house are less notable, made of brick with sash windows, and there is a later east wing.
