Description

College Farmhouse is a 16th-century farmhouse originally built with a four-unit plan, including a two-bay open hall. A brick stack and a chamber floor were inserted in the 17th century. The farmhouse has a timber frame covered with roughcast render. The roof is half-hipped and covered with plain tiles, featuring original rafters that have been reused. It is two stories high and has two brick stacks. The interior is plastered and has a coved eaves cornice. The windows are modern casements, with three on the first floor and four on the ground floor. The main entrance faces the farmyard to the east.
