The roof is made of pantiles, with plain tiles on the rear elevation. Notable features include a dentil eaves cornice and a central chimney stack. The cottage has two flat-roofed dormers that contain casement windows with glazing bars. At the ground floor, there are two horizontal sliding sash windows, also with glazing bars, and a door located to the left.
