Description

No. 39 High Street is an early 18th-century cottage featuring a colour-washed brick exterior that covers timber framing, which is exposed on the right-hand gable end. The building has a T-plan layout and a mansard roof that is thatched. It is one storey high with attics and includes two dormers fitted with horizontal sliding sashes. To the left of the cottage, there is a doorway with a segmental-headed arch, while a modern casement window is located to the right.
