Description

Nos 34 and 36 High Street, built in 1854, are two-storey buildings with attics. They are constructed from gault brick and feature a modern tile mansard roof with parapet gables, end stacks, and a ridge stack. The front has two dormers with plain pilasters and shallow triangular pediments. On the first floor, there is a range of four hung sash windows with glazing bars, along with two additional windows that have side lights set in segmental arches. The ground floor has similar window designs, including two half-glazed doors with fan-lights, also in segmental arches. The main entry is located on the side. Inside, there is an original open string staircase.
