Description

20 and 22 High Street is a late 17th century cottage that has a 19th century addition on the left side. The building is timber-framed and plaster rendered, with a brick gable end. It features a thatched roof with a parapet and kneelers on the right gable end. The cottage has one ridge stack and a later end stack. It is one storey with attics, including one dormer that has horizontal sliding sashes. At the ground floor, there are two hung sashes with glazing bars. The 19th century addition is made of gault brick.
