Description

This is an early 18th-century building, later refaced in the 19th century. It comprises two storeys and originally had two windows. The roof is tiled. The rear of the building is half-timbered with a brick ground floor and colour-washed plaster first floor. A multi-coloured brick stack is present. The front elevation is of colour-washed gault brick with a dentil eaves course and features three-light, segmental-arched casement windows. A central recessed doorway is visible. The building forms a group with Nos 4 and 6 (even) St Mary’s Street and 1 to 12, Lee Court.
