Description

This is an 18th-century cottage, with alterations made later, located on St Mary’s Street in Eynesbury. The building is two storeys high and has two windows. It has a tiled roof and gable stacks. The exterior is red brick, with a first-floor band. The first floor has flush-framed windows fitted with Yorkshire sash windows. The ground floor features mid-19th century splayed bay windows. An arched entrance is located in the rear extension. Nos. 1, 3 and the Chequers Inn form a group.
