Description

No. 74 on High Street is an early 17th century cottage that has had 18th century and modern additions. It is a one-storey building with attics, featuring a thatched roof, timber framing, and rendered walls. The cottage includes a 17th century red brick tumbled parapet gable wall that is now enclosed within the structure. There is a modern extension on the right side. The building retains two original 18th century casement windows with leaded lights and original catches. Inside, there is an oak spiral staircase located next to an 18th century stack.
