Description

This is a terrace of three cottages, built in 1860, as indicated by the inscription "H.C. 1860" on the east wall. They are located on Main Road, Kimbolton. The cottages were originally listed under the name “Stonely”. They are constructed of local gault brick, with a slate roof featuring a ridge stack made of alternating bands of red and gault brick. The buildings have a gable end facing the road. The two storeys each contain three horizontal sliding sash windows with glazing bars, which are flush with the eaves and have open boxing. The ground floor has three similar windows and three modern doors. The cottages are associated with a former malt-house.
