Description

No. 35 on Main Road is a late 18th-century house built of local red brick, featuring a plain tiled roof that has been partially repaired and end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical arrangement of three windows, which are casements with glazing bars set in open boxing beneath segmental headed arches. The windows are flush with the facade. Flanking the central doorway are two similar windows, and the doorway itself is framed by an original doorcase. The door is panelled and has two glazed upper lights. At the rear, there is a single storey range that is also constructed of brick and tiled.
