Cottage, early C18 of two bay and lobby entry plan. Timber frame, partly rebuilt in brick, and rendered. Half-hipped, thatched roof with small, gault brick bridge stack. Two dormers and three C20 windows and porch and doorway, but the entry is probably in its original site opposite the stack.
