Description

This building consists of Nos. 3 and 5 Cromwell Terrace, dating to the mid-19th century. It is a three-storey structure with two windows on each level. The roof is slate, with projecting eaves supported by brackets. The exterior is constructed of gault brick, with a rusticated ground floor. It features sash windows with gauged segmental brick arches above. Number 4 has a modern bay window on the ground floor. The doorways are architraved. The building is included on the list for its group value, relating to Slepe House and Nos. 1 to 5 Cromwell Terrace, alongside Nos. 1 to 8 Cromwell Place.
