Description

12 Cromwell Place is an 18th century terrace house, likely dating from around 1848. It is a two-storey building with two windows. The roof is slate, and the exterior is gault brick with a dentil eaves cornice. The recessed sash windows retain their original glazing bars and are set within gauged flat brick arches. The round-arched doorway has an architrave, block imposts, a fanlight, and a panelled door.
