Description

Eaton Mills, built around 1847, is a three-storey building with a symmetrical facade that originally featured seven window bays, although some of these are now blocked. The building has a tile roof with bracketed eaves and a gable, constructed from gault brick. It includes segmental arched central pivoted windows with glazing bars. There is a weather-boarded central hoist loft with a gabled front that projects from the roof. The central entrance has a segmental relieving arch and boarded doors. A stone plaque at the second floor level is inscribed with "T G C 1847".
