Farmhouse, early C18 with roof raised at rear, in C19. Adjoining stable range to east, early C19. House of red brick with steeply pitched roof of modern slates. End stacks. Band between two storeys. Two small closet openings, now blocked, flanking range of three flush frame hung sashes with glazing bars, in cambered arches. Ground floor similar, except for central doorway. Stable range of gault brick on coursed limestone footings, probably reused from chancel of Church of St John the Baptist. Two storeys. Two hay loft openings and two stable doors. Inside one ground floor room is lined with bolection moulded panelling with pulvinated friezes to doors and overmantel.
