Description

Rookery Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse built in an L-shaped layout, with later additions to the rear. It is constructed of local brick with a slate roof and prominent end stacks. The symmetrical front elevation features three flush frame hung sash windows with glazing bars set in open boxing. The central doorway has a later door. Inside, original features remain, including reeded doorcases with corner boss enrichments and a corner cupboard in the kitchen with raised and fielded panelling.
