Description

1 High Street is a shop built in the early 18th century. It is constructed of reddened local brown brick and stands four storeys high with two bays. The building features flush-framed hung sash windows that do not have glazing bars, set within segmental gauged red brick arches. There are brick bands between the floors and a moulded brick cornice leading to a restored parapet. The ground floor has been modernized with a new shop front.
