Description

Horace Friend Warehouse No. 3, located between numbers 11 and 12 on Nene Quay, is an early 19th century warehouse. It is constructed of local brown brick and features a hipped asbestos sheet roof. The gable facing the street consists of three bays and the building stands three storeys tall with an attic.

On the second floor, there are three casement windows with glazing bars set within segmental brick arches. The first floor has two windows flanking a central boarded door, while to the left of the main double entry at ground level, there is one window with boarded doors in a segmental arch. The window to the right is also boarded.
