Description

Holly House Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse designed in an L-plan, featuring an early 19th-century block at the angle. The building stands two storeys high and is constructed of gault brick with a modern tile roof. It has tumbled parapet gables and end stacks. On the garden elevation, there is a sealed central main entrance and a canted bay window to the left. The first floor has three hung sash windows with glazing bars set in cambered arches, while the ground floor features a similar window in a segmental arch.
