Description

No. 38 North Brink is an early 19th-century cottage located to the west of No. 37. It is constructed from local brown brick and features a red pantiled mansard roof with a parapet gable and an end stack on the west side. The building has two storeys and attics, with one casement dormer window and one first-floor cross-framed casement window at ground level. The main entrance leads into a modern single-storey extension on the river side elevation. This cottage is included in the listing for its group value.
