Description

Number 24 on North Street is a 17th-century farmhouse constructed of clunch that is partly covered in painted brick, topped with a thatched roof. The building features a three-unit, lobby-entry plan and has one storey plus an attic. A ridge stack is positioned to the left of the center. There are two gabled casement dormer windows with decorative bargeboards, along with two ground floor hung sash windows set in segmental arches and two additional casement windows. The farmhouse has two doors. Inside, the property includes sealed inglenook hearths and ceiling beams that are stopped and ovolo-moulded.
