Description

18 Chapel Street is an early to mid-19th century brick house. It is two storeys high and has a two-window front. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, set in plain reveals. The doorway has a stucco doorcase with pilasters and a cornice. The roof is slate-covered. The house forms part of a group of early 19th century buildings which also include Numbers 2 to 8 (even), The Congregational Chapel, Numbers 9 to 12 (consec), Number 15 Lynn Road.
