Description

No 4 Chapel Street is an early 19th century house made of yellow gault brick. It has two storeys and features a three-window range with double-hung sashes that include vertical glazing bars. The entrance is marked by a stucco doorcase adorned with pilasters and a cornice. The roof is covered with slate. This property is part of a consistent group of early 19th century buildings that includes Nos 2 to 8 (even), The Congregational Chapel, Nos 9 to 12 (consecutive), and Nos 16 and 18, as well as No 15 Lynn Road.
