Description

This is a range of three early 19th-century houses built of gault brick, located on the north-west side of Broad Street. The houses have two storeys and originally featured a five-window front, though one window has been blocked. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, set in plain reveals. The entrances have six-panel doors, each paired with a rectangular fanlight, and are flanked by pilasters and topped with cornices. The roofs are covered with slate. These houses, together with numbers 41 and 41A, form a notable group.
