Description

96 Broad Street is an early 19th-century house built from gault brick. It stands three storeys high and features a one-window range, with a two-window range on the first storey. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars set in flush cased frames. The central entrance has a six-panel door framed by a stucco doorcase, complete with pilasters and a cornice. The roof is covered in slate. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 90 to 96 (even) and Nos 41 and 41A.
