Description

This is a brick house dating from the 16th to 17th centuries, with some stone dressings, situated at right angles to Broad Street. A 19th-century addition faces Broad Street to the northwest. The windows are mainly casements. Buttresses with stone-dressed offsets are visible on the northeast and southwest fronts, and a large external chimney stack with two offsets is on the southwest front. The northwest front incorporates a 19th-century public house façade. The roof is tiled with old Cambridgeshire tiles and has a steep pitch. The property is part of a group with numbers 9 to 96 (even) on Broad Street.
